CSA Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a CSA, either for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reservation and Cancellation

• Your spot is reserved upon purchasing a flower CSA. No refunds will be issued for cancellation once the purchase is complete.

Gifting a CSA

• If gifting a CSA, you must provide the recipient’s contact information for delivery communication.

Seasonal Shares

• Freshly Cut Stems reserves the right to adjust delivery dates based on factors such as weather conditions and crop bloom times.
• You will receive updates and reminders via email/text. It is your responsibility to ensure you receive these communications by adding info@freshlycutstems.com to your contact list and checking your spam/promotions tabs.
• Contact Freshly Cut Stems if you do not receive any communication or need to update your contact details.

Flower Delivery

• You are responsible for making sure that a bucket or vase of water is left outside for your bouquet to be left in on delivery days.
• If your bouquet is left outside it is your responsibility to make sure you bring it in quickly so your bouquet is not damaged.

Flower Pick Up

• You are responsible for picking up your flower bouquets at the designated location and time frame you signed up for.
• If you miss a pick-up, you can have a friend collect your share or forfeit it for that week.
• Freshly Cut Stems cannot accommodate pick-ups outside the agreed days and times.

Rewards and Risks of Farming

• As a member, you share in both the rewards and risks of farming. Rewards include fresh, high-quality flowers, while risks may involve poor harvests due to weather, pests, or natural disasters.
• Unfavorable conditions may result in a reduced or non-existent share of the season’s harvest. Freshly Cut Stems strives to ensure an abundant supply of sustainably grown flowers and has a history of successful production.

Flower Care

• Flowers are perishable with a vase life of 3-6+ days. Freshly Cut Stems provides care instructions on our website.
• All flowers are harvested in peak condition, and vase life varies by variety and care. Freshly Cut Stems is not responsible for poor vase life or flower quality due to improper care after delivery.

Communication

• By signing up for the flower share, you agree to add info@freshlycutstems.com to your email contacts.
• Freshly Cut Stems is not responsible for emails that go to your spam folder or promotions tab.
• Notify Freshly Cut Stems immediately if you do not receive a receipt upon payment.
• You will forfeit any flowers not picked up due to missed email communications or for any other reason.
